I made this jar to use to save money to go fishing in Cabo.   Dennis pointed out that it's too small, but I was thinking that we'd put checks in it, not pennies and dimes... It's about 6" tall.  The pink is the color of the clay when it's wet, and in this case, after it's been bisque fired.  The blue fish are brushed on with latex that I added blue food coloring to, so that I could see it well enough to do the sillouette of the marlin and sailfish.  I dipped it in glaze and the glaze does not stick where the latex is.  Then I peeled off the latex and had it fired.  The fish are a nice tan color, because that's the color that this clay becomes when it's fired.
